If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. Your continued use of SnapSong following any updates to these terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
SnapSong is an AI-powered music generation app that analyzes photos you provide and creates original songs based on their visual content. The service uses OpenAI's vision and language models to analyze your photos and generate lyrics, and Suno's audio synthesis technology to create the musical composition. An active internet connection is required to generate songs. Generated songs are stored on your device and may be played, shared, or used according to the license terms outlined in this agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapSong. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your minor child's use of SnapSong. By allowing a minor to use the App, you assume all responsibility and liability for their actions and agree to be bound by these terms on their behalf.
You retain full ownership of all photos you provide to SnapSong. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any photos you upload, including that they do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Songs generated by SnapSong are created through the combined use of AI analysis and synthesis. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated songs for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means you may listen to, save, and share your generated songs privately with friends and family.
Premium subscribers may use generated songs for commercial purposes, including content creation for social media, streaming platforms, and other commercial distribution, subject to the terms of their active Premium subscription.
You agree not to use SnapSong to generate, create, or distribute any content that:
SnapSong offers a free tier with limited monthly song generations and a Premium subscription offering additional generations and commercial use rights. Specific features and limitations of each plan are detailed within the App.
All subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a Premium subscription through SnapSong, you agree to Apple's App Store terms and conditions regarding billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation. TrueTapp does not directly process or store your payment information; all payments are handled securely by Apple.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region and currency. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and, in some jurisdictions, to renewals of existing subscriptions.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
SnapSong, including its design, user interface, code, functionality, and branding (logos, name, visual style), are owned by TrueTapp – Mobile Apps Ltda and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written permission from TrueTapp.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use SnapSong on your personal device solely for the purposes described in this agreement.

SnapSong is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrueTapp makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
AI-generated songs may not always produce accurate, appropriate, or musically satisfying results. The quality, style, and appropriateness of generated content vary based on input photos and AI model behavior. We do not guarantee that generated songs will meet your expectations or be suitable for all uses.
SnapSong relies on third-party services (OpenAI and Suno) to generate songs. TrueTapp is not responsible for any downtime, errors, data loss, or quality issues resulting from the unavailability or failure of these third-party services. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
SnapSong requires an active internet connection to function. We do not warrant that your internet connection will be stable or that third-party networks will remain available.
SnapSong is designed for iOS 26 and later. Compatibility with different devices and iOS versions is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for maintaining their devices and operating systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueTapp's total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or your use of SnapSong is limited to the amount you paid for the App (or Premium subscription) in the past 12 months, or $0 if you have not made any payment.
In no event shall TrueTapp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
TrueTapp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to SnapSong at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
You may stop using SnapSong at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon uninstallation, any local data will be removed from your device in accordance with your device's operating system.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SnapSong.
TrueTapp reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of SnapSong after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements posted on the SnapSong website or App, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrueTapp regarding your use of SnapSong and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
